If you use thermostat have it control only one of those heating coils, not all three. That may still throw you over the limit so I'd suggest you measure the vaporspeed with 2kW and 3kW before you decide on the final configuration. As Wricko said, if you do not know how to connect those coils and can't find help in the internet, then it's best not to do it. You can get 2kW heating elements from hot water kettles that you just plug in with computer power cord.
